BOTTLESS is a sustainable packaging company that has developed Airless Pak, a refillable packaging system designed for the cosmetics, personal care, and food industries. The system features a reusable airless dispenser paired with ultra-light, mono-material refill pouches. By replacing rigid, disposable bottles with this pouch-based mechanism, BOTTLESS aims to reduce plastic consumption by up to 95% while supporting more than 20 refill cycles. The design is intended to simplify reuse and recycling, aligning with circular economy principles and stringent regulatory standards such as the EU's Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR).
