Doctor Dora Nutrition & Wellness

Doctor Dora Nutrition & Wellness is a private practice led by Dora Chan, a pharmacist and licensed nutritionist, specializing in functional medicine. The practice offers personalized one-on-one consultations and structured group programs, such as seasonal resets and autoimmune-focused wellness initiatives. By utilizing the principles of functional medicine, the service aims to address the underlying root causes of health concerns, such as autoimmune conditions, metabolic syndrome, and digestive issues, rather than merely managing symptoms. The practice integrates clinical pharmacy expertise with nutritional science to empower clients to optimize their health and reduce dependency on medications through sustainable lifestyle and dietary changes.

The service is designed to support individuals navigating chronic conditions or those seeking to improve their overall healthspan. Clients benefit from a collaborative approach that includes personalized meal planning, guidance on environmental health, sleep and stress reduction, and professional monitoring of wellness progress. The practice operates through a virtual model, making its functional nutrition services accessible to clients across various regions, including Canada and the United States. Through clinical experience and personal experience with autoimmune health, the founder provides evidence-based support aimed at helping patients achieve vibrant aging and long-term wellness outcomes.
