Partnering Interests
Diabetes and related complications

Lilly has been a global leader in diabetes care for over 140 years and remains strongly committed to innovation in diabetes research. Areas of interest include glycemic control and disease modification, diabetes complications, and technologies for oral peptide delivery and gene editing and delivery.

Neurodegeneration

Lilly is committed to finding medicines for the treatment of Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, and other neurodegenerative diseases. Fields of Interest include protein misfolding, innate immune response and neuroinflammation, proteostasis, mechanisms of neurodegeneration, and symptomatic treatments.

Pain

Lilly has the largest pipeline of novel medicines for the treatment of chronic pain. Fields of interest include symptomatic relief of pain and improvement of function, prevention or repair of peripheral nerve damage and neuropathies, and therapies that prevent damage or repair joints in musculoskeletal disease.

Immunology

Lilly has a growing portfolio of solutions for patients in dermatology, rheumatology, and gastroenterology. Fields of interest include adaptive immunity, innate immunity, and immune resolution. Technologies of interest include nanoparticles for use in tolerance, tissue-targeted oral delivery platforms, cellular therapies, and more.

Delivery and Devices

We are interested in platform technologies focused on expanding the druggable space (in silico platforms for small molecule drug discovery, targeted protein degradation, etc.) drug targeting and delivery (oral peptide delivery, nanoparticles for delivering nucleic-acid based therapies, etc.) and digital platforms and therapeutics (biomarkers, patient stratification approaches, etc.)

Loxo Oncology at Lilly is actively seeking partnerships with world-class industry and academic collaborators in order to optimize and accelerate the development of new cancer medicines. We are focused on opportunities with the potential to demonstrate unequivocal activity early in the drug development process and deliver outsized and differentiated effects for patients.
