ID8 Innovation

ID8 Innovation is a boutique advisory firm that acts as an extension of corporate innovation teams, providing strategic guidance and hands-on execution. The firm, founded in 2017 by experienced entrepreneurs and venture capitalists, helps organizations with venture incubation, startup partnerships, and program design. A key component of their offering is Nexus by ID8, a proprietary, tech-enabled platform that blends automated data aggregation with expert-led research. This tool is designed to provide continuous monitoring of strategic focus areas, identifying emerging trends, technology shifts, and whitespace opportunities to support informed decision-making and rapid validation.

ID8 Innovation partners with Fortune 500 companies, non-profits, and government agencies to bridge the gap between innovation ambition and tangible outcomes. By focusing on practical, cost-conscious execution, the firm assists clients in navigating the challenges of budget constraints and lean team structures. Their engagement model emphasizes building internal capabilities and launching new businesses rather than delivering generic strategy documents. The firm's approach, which integrates their background in venture capital and startup development, is applied across various services, including corporate venture capital support, IP monetization, and AI-driven innovation research.
