NixieDip, Inc

NixieDip, Inc. provides an automated water sampling and data collection platform that utilizes drone technology to streamline environmental monitoring. The system, branded as Nixie, is designed to be mounted onto drones, allowing for the remote collection of water samples from otherwise inaccessible or labor-intensive locations. By integrating hardware, sensors, and data analysis software, the solution is intended to replace traditional, vessel-dependent sampling methods with a more efficient, robotic approach. The company's technology aims to modernize water quality management by increasing sample collection speeds, reducing operational costs, and providing consistent, actionable data for monitoring natural and artificial water-related threats.

This technology is primarily targeted at sectors requiring environmental oversight, such as civil engineering, municipal water management, and agricultural monitoring. By automating the physical collection process, NixieDip enables organizations to achieve significant reductions in labor costs and time, while potentially improving the safety and accuracy of field operations. The company is also working to develop a real-time global water database to support enhanced water resource protection and management. Founded by Jes Chosid, NixieDip operates in conjunction with Reign Maker, which specializes in drone services and robotic systems. The platform has been highlighted for its potential to help scientists and specialists combat global water scarcity and manage the impacts of climate change more effectively through improved data acquisition.
