Open Solve Studio

Open Solve Studio is a boutique consultancy focused on helping organizations foster robust, internal cultures of innovation. The firm specializes in designing and managing structured innovation challenges that transform creative problem-solving from an occasional, peripheral activity into a repeatable, core organizational capability. Their approach utilizes tailored consulting services and cohort-based learning experiences to equip leaders and management teams with the necessary frameworks, tools, and processes to identify innovation bottlenecks, source internal and external solutions, and integrate those outcomes into their daily operations. By moving beyond traditional "idea collection" theater, they aim to build sustainable systems that drive measurable business impact and long-term strategic growth.

The studio’s services are primarily designed for innovation leaders, senior executives, and consultants who need to operationalize openness within their ecosystems. Their programs, such as the Activate Innovators learning journey, offer hands-on training to help participants master the design and execution of innovation challenges. By providing strategic guidance on ecosystem design and internal upskilling, Open Solve Studio enables clients to unlock latent talent, align cross-functional teams around critical business priorities, and develop innovation capacity that remains effective over time. Based in Alexandria, Virginia, the firm provides expert support for organizations looking to bridge the gap between creative vision and real-world execution.
