Transformers Foundation

The Transformers Foundation is a non-profit organization established to provide a dedicated platform for the denim and jeans supply chain. Founded by industry leaders, the foundation aggregates expertise from across the entire sector, including farmers, spinning mills, chemical manufacturers, and garment producers. It operates as a central point of advocacy and education, working to bridge the gap between brand-led narratives and the lived experiences of suppliers. The organization produces influential research, white papers, and industry-wide reports on environmental, social, and governance issues, while hosting events that bring together stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and push for sustainable innovation.

By amplifying supplier voices, the foundation aims to shift industry dialogue toward greater equity and transparency. It serves as a vital resource for journalists, brands, NGOs, and policymakers seeking data-driven insights into supply chain practices, labor, and sustainability. Through its research initiatives, such as industry-first water consumption benchmarks, and its role in policy advocacy, the foundation works to hold the industry accountable and educate the next generation of leaders. Its efforts help ensure that those at every stage of the manufacturing process are recognized as credible authorities on industry ethics and the future of sustainable fashion.
