Research focuses on food- and marine-derived bioactives and functional ingredients. Using cell culture assays and ELISA, I assess cytotoxicity, genotoxicity, inflammation and aging endpoints (proliferation, ECM markers, hair cycle) to inform nutrition and skincare.
