We have identified numerous highly potent natural AMPs with potential as green microbicides. Allium sativum, Mangifera indica and Eucalyptus globulus contain the Snakin/GASA gene, source of its antimicrobial activity. We focus on producting them to formulate a product such as a bio preservative.
