About
Avihu Yona studies how microorganisms adapt to novel environments and abiotic stress by reconfiguring regulatory networks, translation machinery, and genomes. Using laboratory evolution and multi-omics, the work maps adaptation trajectories and informs microbiome therapeutics and metabolic engineering.
