Xantholysin, a novel lipopeptide, has been demonstrated to inhibit the growth of some species of Fusarium. The aims of my research are to observe if there is a broad-spectrum effect against Fusarium, determine the molecular target of xantholysin, and measure critical biocontrol agent properties.
