We are interested in the pathophysiological role and clinical application of cell surface proteolysis, mediated by matriptase (cancer and antibody drug conjugate internalization), TMPRSS2 (virus entrance to host cells), and prostasin (syndromic congenital sodium diarrhea, caused by HAI-2 mutations).
