Seeking funding for iPSC-based FH disease modeling. Needs: Sendai reprogramming kits (CytoTune 2.0), differentiation reagents & nanosensors. Open to multi-omics partnerships to validate membrane lipid order as a novel cardiovascular drug target.
About
I am a PhD candidate at Ankara University Stem Cell Institute (TURKEY) (GPA: 4.00/4.00) with research experience at Karolinska Institutet/SciLifeLab as an EMBO Fellow. My work integrates wet-lab stem cell biology and computational biophysics. My technical skills include iPSC generation using Sendai virus, CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing (ADRB2/3 knockout), flow cytometry, and confocal imaging (LSM 880/980). I am also proficient in bioinformatics, including GROMACS, PyMOL, and Python for machine learning analyses. Our recent work on "Spectral biophysical cytometry" has been accepted for publication in Nature Nanotechnology (2025).
