My lab focuses on the molecular and biochemical aspects of the plant - microbe interplay for crop protection and biofertilizers. We use methods of molecular biology (DNA, RNA, proteins, and gene editing), synthetic biology, agricultural microbiology, and experimental design and data analysis.
