We study immune–endocrine crosstalk in metabolic disease. Using metabolomics and single‑cell profiling, we map lipid‑driven, tissue‑specific inflammation in diabetes and PCOS, linking mitochondrial and innate pathways to hormone secretion and targeted nutrition or immunotherapy.
