My expertise is in plant-microbe interactions. I study bacterial plant pathogens and also employ bacterial consortia to fight against various plant diseases. I also study beneficial microbes like arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi and nitrogen-fixing bacteria to enhance nutrient uptake in cereal plants.
