My lab is interested in the role of lysosomal enzymes in modifying brain vulnerability to adult onset neurological conditions, including Multiple Sclerosis, Alzheimer Disease, Parkinson disease and FTD. We use genetic models and an array of reagents including gene therapy and small molecule therapy.
