I have a wide ranging background in R&D upto and including junior board level I have full understanding of P&L, development stagegates and approval hierarchies. My background including numerous patent applications is in technical coating of cloths (fire retardant and semi con) adhesives, rodent ingress prevention and security papers (passports, stamps and Visas) As well as a history in abrasives, plastic masterbatch mixing and speciality papers.
