My lab invents new approaches to dissect enzymes and other proteins at the level of atoms and bonds. To accomplish these experiments, we develop new methods for single molecule enzymology, bioconjugation, and directed evolution. We're especially interested in developing easy to use and inexpensive to maintain approaches to lab automation.
