ZIAP’s PhD-led system bridges the extension gap for 10k Zambian farmers via a Master Trainer model. Using online/physical manuals and expert English audio, 30 trainers deliver standardized seasonal workshops at 52 demo plots to ensure hands on mastery for illiterate populations.

We are seeking a research sponsorship to scale our PhD-led training model. Led by two agronomists, each with 30+ years of expertise, we offer a field network for validating sustainable SOPs. Primary need is funding to finalize our visual/audio manual and expand teaching.
