A modular, two-organism approach to co-produce recombinant proteins for health and industrial uses, and lipid-rich algal biomass for biofuel applications.
I'm looking for
Biorefineries and biofuel producers seeking cost-competitive feedstock suppliers (e.g., triglycerides, FAMEs, unextracted biomass).
About
Airobes couples algae and bacterial metabolism to enable the co-production of recombinant proteins alongside biofuel-compatible algal biomass / lipid extract. By allowing recombinant proteins to serve as the primary revenue stream, Airobes unlocks algal biomass as a cost competitive biofuel feedstock. Airobes is post-revenue, and is primarily looking for feedstock offtake partners and biorefineries willing to offer co-location opportunities for the planned pilot facility.
