I study how macromolecular assemblies govern innate and neuronal signaling and nuclear transport, using X-ray and electron diffraction. We solve architectures of signalosomes and enzymes and apply structure-guided inhibition to modulate nucleotide signaling and bacterial fatty acid synthesis.
