John Tower studies how genetic and cellular stress programs regulate aging. Using Drosophila transgenics, in vivo imaging and machine‑learning phenotyping, his lab maps oxidative/mitochondrial stress, proteostasis and apoptosis to reveal targets and test lifespan interventions.
