I study mechanics and interfacial phenomena in soft polymers—linking wetting, adhesion, friction, and gelation to performance in coatings, adhesives, lubricants, and filtration. Using rheology, microscopy, and surface engineering, my group tunes polymer networks and liquid–solid interfaces to understand spreading, particle capture, wetting and adhesion physics, and durability.
