MORF (Multi-Omics Research Factory) is a web-based platform for visualizing and exploring bioinformatics and bioprocess data. Specializing in microbiology, MORF enables researchers without coding or bioinformatics experience to access and interpret this complex data through a no-code interface. Microbial genomes can be assembled, compared and annotated, adding deeper insights into integrated multi omics datasets. Bioprocess data from different bioreactors can also be compared easily. MORFlux provides online flux balance analysis to explore and test genomes scale metabolic models in silico.
