About
Current technologies for genetic manipulation are inefficient for plant chloroplast and mitochondrial genomes. A highly error-prone version of Plant Organelle DNA Polymerase (POP) can increase the genetic diversity of plant organelle genomes. This would be a new approach to improve crop yield.
