My lab works on taste and flavor. I recently retired from UF and I am now a Research Professor at George Washington University. I am working on a book about my career and I am interested in sharing what I know about taste and flavor with interested industries.
About
I'm interested in taste and flavor as well as psychophysical measurement that provides valid comparisons across subjects. My students and I discovered supertasters and have worked on a variety of clinical pathologies in taste and flavor. Most recently, we are working on volatile-enhanced-taste.
