Research focuses on in vitro models of inherited cardiac arrhythmias using hiPSC‑derived cardiomyocytes, CRISPR editing and 3D engineered heart tissues to map genotype–phenotype links, test therapies, and probe fever/inflammation effects and oxidative‑stress pathways that modulate myofilament function.
