I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences with a specialization in Biotechnology from the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Rio de Janeiro (IFRJ, 2015–2021). During my undergraduate studies, I conducted research on the microscopic localization of chemical compounds in medicinal and unconventional food plants through extension and innovation programs. I obtained my MSc in Applied Sciences to Health Products from Fluminense Federal University (UFF, 2022–2024) and I am currently a PhD candidate in the same program. My expertise includes food biotechnology, fermentation processes, plant anatomy and functional product development. My work integrates plant science and biotechnology to advance sustainable and health-oriented innovations for industry.
