We develop thermal insulation and sound absorption material boards derived from agro/medical waste on a lab scale. Those boards had a low thermal conductivity coefficient in the range 0.04- 0.07 W/m K. They also have a sound absorption coefficient above 0.4 at some communication frequencies.
