About
My background is grounded in histopathology, over-time I've used various technologies such as long-read sequencing, and emerging spatial and multiomic technologies, with a consistent emphasis on understanding the underlying biology. Much of my work focuses on how RNA regulation shapes cancer drug response, the mechanisms behind why treatments succeed, fail, or meet resistance. These are crucial questions in translational science and drug development, where connecting molecular changes to cellular and clinical outcomes remains a real challenge. It's an area where careful, biology-led interpretation of complexes and spatial data can help in discovery and meaningful therapeutic insight.
