I am the Founder & CEO of NOREEN, building an application-driven egg-protein engineering platform. My background spans management consulting, technology sales and marketing leadership, strategic partnerships, business development, capital markets and capital raising. I founded NOREEN around the thesis that egg protein is already a proven high-quality ingredient; the opportunity is to engineer it for specific applications rather than treat it as a commodity. I recruited Dr. Adham M. Abdou as Chief Protein Architect & Head of R&D, bringing extensive expertise in egg proteins, enzymatic hydrolysis, peptide generation, fractionation and food applications. My role is to build the company around this science through strategy, partnerships, commercialization and capital.
