"Enhancing innovation and creativity throughout sport and recreation" According to a recent survey, 82% of employees agree creativity is important to businesses. Yet how do they cultivate creativity? My primary area of interest, both as a scholar and educator, lies within these questions. Scholar: My research interests focus on organizational innovation and creativity in various sport settings. Consultant & Practitioner: I also independently consult for projects regarding organizational structure, creativity, innovation, and strategic planning. I have 5 years of sport industry experience. My expertise is in soccer, operations, marketing & partner activation, but I've also worked in multi-sport settings and the areas of operations, events, and business development.
