I am a veteran and graduate student researcher in Health Law, Policy and Management with 15+ years of experience across government, public policy, veterans’ services, strategic communications, and disaster recovery. My work focuses on rural and veteran health, aging, chronic disease, and health equity, with particular interest in how fragmented systems, policy, geography, infrastructure, and access shape health outcomes. I bring a practitioner’s perspective and systems-oriented approach to identifying implementation gaps, translating complex evidence, and developing practical, cross-sector solutions for rural and underserved communities.
