Since 2021 we published 22 papers on iPSC-CMs generated from healthy volunteers and patients with inherited cardiac pathologies. Throughout these years we have gained extensive experience in investigating the functional, molecular, bioenergetic and metabolic deficiencies in the mutant iPSC-CMs.
