My group integrates medicinal chemistry and neuropharmacology to develop selective GPCR allosteric modulators—primarily muscarinic and metabotropic glutamate—and advance them from discovery through preclinical models into early clinical studies for cognition, motor function, and neuropsychiatric symptoms.
