Pavel Hübner is CEO and Chairman of the Board of HARDWARIO a.s., a Czech industrial IoT company based in Liberec. Since its 2016 origins as a Jablotron spin-off, it has grown HARDWARIO into a ~100-person company with a full-stack IoT portfolio — hardware platforms (CHESTER, EMBER, WIMBER, STICKER, GAUGER, FIBER), firmware, cloud infrastructure, and contract manufacturing — serving energy, agriculture, healthcare, and manufacturing clients. The company has entities in the Czech Republic, the UK, and the US, and trades on the Prague Stock Exchange's START market (HWIO.PR). As the majority owner, Pavel is hands-on across business development, sales, engineering direction, and investor relations, with deep technical expertise in embedded systems, RF design, and regulatory compliance.
