Research on interfacial assembly and mechanics of soft materials—colloids at fluid interfaces and lipid bilayers—to control structure, transport, and rheology. We design hybrid polymer–inorganic and anisotropic particles, using nanoscale texture and fields to tune interactions for 2D materials and emulsions.
