I lead the vision, strategy, research, and consulting for Positive Building®, a regenerative, life-centered framework that improves occupant well-being, restores ecological function, and strengthens climate resilience. I believe buildings should do more than reduce harm, they should heal, nourish, and enrich life. As founder of Positive Building® and a regenerative design engineer, I advance an approach that goes beyond net zero to create buildings that give back more than they take. My work integrates sustainability, energy, regenerative engineering, biomimicry, and human-centered design to deliver buildings and communities guided by the quadruple bottom line of people, planet, profit, and performance.
