Our research employs gas phase hydroxyl-radical processes for safe, cost-effective, and eco-friendly surface disinfection of food, with no impact on quality. Applied to lemons, eggs, chicken, and wheat grains, it targets food pathogens and is now moving toward industry commercialization.
