I study immune signaling and tissue immunopathology in rheumatoid arthritis and systemic autoimmunity. I combine immunohistochemistry and transcriptomics with clinical cohorts to profile cell states and test pathway-targeted biologics, including B-cell modulation and locally targeted complement inhibition.
