Independent inventor based in New York. I developed Mold-Out AC, a patent-pending, tool-free treatment system for mold inside window and through-wall AC units, a problem affecting an estimated 90 million units in the US with no dedicated retail solution currently on the market. The product uses a pre-saturated pad placed in the unit's existing filter compartment. The fan distributes an EPA-registered, plant-based antimicrobial through the internal airflow pathway, reaching evaporator coils, drain pan, and blower surfaces without disassembly. Efficacy testing showed a 98% reduction in mold colony counts, outperforming a leading competitor in a head-to-head comparison. Non-provisional patent application filed June 2026.
