Developed several LC-MS and CE-MS based approaches for both in vivo an ex vivo quantitation of kynurenine pathway metabolites using novel and high throughput LC-MS and CE-MS approaches [1-5], profiled fatty acid chain distributions in mouse model [6} to understand the role of the gut-brain axis.
