I study neurodegeneration and motor disorders from gene discovery to target validation, spanning proteostasis, mitochondrial quality control, DNA damage responses, developmental plasticity, and environmental neurotoxicology. We combine human genomics, iPSC models, Drosophila/zebrafish, and circuit neurophysiology.
