Research centers on sustainable food-packaging materials: formulating and processing biopolymer films/coatings and nanocomposites, reinforcing with natural nanofillers, and linking structure–property to barrier, mechanical, and active/intelligent performance. Uses thermal/rheological analysis and shelf‑life testing to enhance safety, quality, and biodegradability.
