We are a gene therapy company developing a differentiated AAV-based platform that integrates novel therapeutic targets, optimized AAV vectors, and clinically translatable delivery strategies. Our pipeline spans high unmet need indications, including osteoarthritis (ICM-203), retinal degeneration (ICM-322), and genetic hearing loss (ICM-403), with strong preclinical and clinical foundations. By addressing both biological and delivery limitations, we aim to enable durable, disease-modifying treatments and accelerate global clinical and partnering opportunities.
