About
Iron (Fe) is an essential nutrient for all organisms. Almost Fe exists as an insoluble ferric form and plants cannot absorb it. Plants have evolved the strategies to take up Fe. Investigation of this mechanism in plants can contribute to increased crop production and quality and human healt.
