Built on a clinical foundation in surgery and emergency medicine, I bring a systems-level understanding of biology, translation and regulated innovation. As a serial MedTech entrepreneur and founder of IEM GmbH, I scaled a global leader in cardiovascular devices and point-of-care diagnostics, achieving multiple successful exits. This leadership path shaped my ability to identify critical bottlenecks and build scalable platform solutions. With ICHORtec, a spin-off from IEM, I now translate biophysical and quantum-mechanical principles into a disruptive de novo TechBio platform designed to improve reliability, efficiency and biological performance in CRISPR-enabled discovery and development.
