Using graph automorphism to find functional similarities in graph datasets.
About
We at SeneQa Computing are currently looking into finding functional similarities in graph datasets from cybersecurity, blockchain, finance, crystallography and protein-protein interactions. For this we compute graph automorphism data(group generators, group order, vertex/edge equivalence classes) and feed the data into backend AI with engineered prompts to provide insights about these networks. Besides we are also using the automorphism data in semantic data compression and expanding back to original text.
