When we were exploring for novel Pancreatic Lipases, we stumbled across two phytochemicals which exhibited significant inhibition from a plethora of tested compounds albeit was lower than Orlistat. To improve the efficacy, various -R groups were added and docked against the Pancreatic Lipase.
